or when it's chalk full of healthy grains n' shit?! sprouted!!! Whole wheat!!!!

okay - I have to admit - I love toast so much. Loaves of bread in general. Sometimes, the only thing a day needs is the start with two awesome pieces of bread, one with earth balance sliced tomato and cucumber [salt and pepper] with sprouts and nutritional yeast [the best!!!]...the other with homemade hummus and ajvar [and, of course, nutritional yeast], all coming together to magically create the beauty that is toast. But what makes it better is the vehicle that keeps it going, the vessel, the creator of all life that is eternal and beautiful - the bread!

Yesterday Emily and I purchased a $6 loaf of bread.

At least they gave us giant-sized "tasters" of the bread before we made our difficult decision. The two men work in a small kitchen-store on hip-and-cool College Ave. It had raisins, it had walnuts, it wasn't too sweet...it was...just...perfect.

S o whatever, we bought it. We deserve it.
